Senior Cost Accounting & ERP Consultant

Location: Hybrid, with the position offered across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $90,000–$117,000 per year

What you will do

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, project status sessions, and process discussions.
• Support ERP configuration, testing, process validation, conference room pilots, training, and data conversion.
• Document current- and future-state business processes, requirements, decisions, risks, and action items.
• Support chart of accounts development, financial reporting design, costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing accounting activities.
• Track project tasks and deadlines, coordinate internal and client teams, and assist project managers with planning and execution.
• Prepare project communications, meeting agendas, status reports, training materials, and follow-up documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• ERP experience, preferably with Plex.
• At least one year of experience supporting ERP configuration, testing, or implementation.
• At least three years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costing, chart of accounts design, and ERP systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
