Director - Global Talent Management (AI)

Location: Hybrid role with onsite expectations three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, at the San Mateo, California headquarters

Annual base salary: $199,750–$246,750, plus eligibility for a target bonus

What you will do

• Lead the transformation of performance management from a process-heavy model to a streamlined, AI-assisted system connected to business outcomes.
• Design and own the performance methodology, tools, calibration approach, and employee and manager experience.
• Own continuous employee listening programs, pulse approaches, feedback platforms, and leadership action frameworks.
• Lead a cross-functional employee experience working group across People Analytics, Employee Experience, and HR Business Partners.
• Develop change management, communication, training, and leader enablement programs that drive durable behavior change and adoption.
• Measure participation, sentiment, adoption, and enablement effectiveness, using data to adjust programs and surface organizational risks.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in HR, people strategy, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from design through execution.
• Deep expertise in designing or significantly redesigning fair, scalable, and defensible performance management systems.
• Experience in organizational design and development, change management, leader enablement, and adoption strategy.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to present to C-suite and senior leaders in high-stakes settings.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, attention to detail, and an AI-first approach to people practices.
