Director, HRBP - Expert Network (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the San Diego, California office

Salary: $240,000–$324,500 base pay annually, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape the Expert Network’s talent strategy, priorities, and workforce outcomes with the senior executive team.
• Coach senior executives and advise them through AI-driven transformation and organizational change.
• Design and build people systems covering talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, and manager training.
• Develop senior talent, hiring capabilities, high-performing executive teams, and scalable organizational structures.
• Drive workforce planning, career growth, mobility, executive development, manager training, and total rewards initiatives.
• Use AI tools, dashboards, and people data to generate insights and guide decisions on engagement, mobility, and retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience partnering directly with executives on business results.
• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, career frameworks, and staffing models for rapidly scaling businesses.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operating and financial performance to talent decisions.
• Strong AI fluency and an experimentation mindset for improving HR work.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience leading transformational change, cross-functional HR initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs with measurable outcomes.
