Location: Remote for candidates currently living in the United States
Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year, with potential performance-based or sales-based incentives.

What you will do
- Lead the evolution of performance and talent management across the organization.
- Connect performance management, talent reviews, development planning, succession, career growth, and workforce capability building.
- Use Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities, talent data, and insights to improve decision-making.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Tech Delivery, Enterprise IT, Workday teams, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, self-service, and digital tools to improve talent experiences.
- Build manager enablement strategies, resources, and learning experiences for performance and development conversations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, Leadership Development, or related disciplines.
- Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities.
- Experience designing and leading talent, performance, or development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of talent reviews, succession planning, career development, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
- Product mindset with strong analytical, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, execution, and change leadership skills.
- Experience with AI-enabled ways of working, digital talent experiences, workforce analytics, or employee-facing technologies.
