Location: Atlanta, Georgia, US — hybrid, with two days in the office and three days virtual

What you will do

• Build and maintain analytics data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and AWS services.
• Create scalable data models for reporting and analytics.
• Write, test, and optimize SQL for transformations, reporting, and analysis.
• Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Cognos or Tableau.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production problems.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex queries.
• Experience with dbt and Airflow in analytics or data engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS services including S3, EC2, and Redshift.
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data quality practices.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Current and future OPT sponsorship are not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile teams and tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with GitHub and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise BI platforms.
• Exposure to financial services or regulated data environments.
• Ability to derive insights and recommendations from business data.
