Business Intelligence Delivery Leader (Finance)

Location: New York, NY; primarily in the office

Salary: $118,000–$178,000 base salary per year for positions based in New York, NY, plus eligibility for a bonus. Positions based in Jersey City, NJ have a base salary range of $126,000–$171,000.

What you will do

• Lead Business Intelligence delivery supporting Finance Operations.
• Partner with senior data and technology leaders, business stakeholders, international engagement leads, and development teams.
• Manage timely delivery and implementation in an agile environment.
• Coordinate with BI Delivery leads across the organization to maintain consistency and adherence to standards.
• Design and deploy scalable BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, and Sigma Computing.
• Lead global teams of employees and contractors while managing complex BI programs and projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in BI Delivery, including leadership of global teams.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial services or insurance.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma Computing, including standardization at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of data management, data architecture, data warehousing, data visualization, and analytics software.
• Strong programming, tool design and development, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• A four-year college or university degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
