What you will do
- Lead and grow a Business Development Representative team focused on outbound prospecting and qualified opportunity generation.
- Run weekly team reviews and regular one-on-one meetings.
- Measure performance, improve processes, and challenge the status quo.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to meet pipeline expectations.
- Build predictable performance reporting and forecasting.
- Partner with marketing on program creation and implementation, while coaching the team on Salesforce, Outreach.io, and DiscoverOrg.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing sales development team.
- 2+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach.io.
- Strong coaching skills and a practical understanding of overcoming common sales development obstacles.
