Salary: $25.48–$31.25 per hour, plus potential incentive earnings

What you will do

• Build lasting relationships with branch customers and provide trusted financial advice.
• Identify customer goals and recommend solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, investing, home purchases, and credit needs.
• Introduce customers to mobile and digital banking options, including the banking app and ATMs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners on complex customer needs.
• Follow financial policies, cash-handling procedures, and applicable state and local regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, questioning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to use digital technology and recommend or refer financial products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to work varying branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, pre-employment screening, and obtaining a unique NMLS identifier.

• At least 1 year of cash-handling experience.
