Senior Program/Project Manager, Business Excellence (AI)

What you will do

• Lead plant-wide performance measurement, metrics management, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy, KPIs, and financial objectives.
• Apply analytical and statistical methods to identify root causes, validate solutions, and improve productivity, workforce planning, budgeting accuracy, and Kaizen effectiveness.
• Support AI, automation, process digitalization, and data visualization projects.
• Coach, train, and engage stakeholders to strengthen continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in business analysis and operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, stakeholder-management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge and application of Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, waste elimination, flow optimization, and pull systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving manufacturing environment.
