Planning Analyst (Supply Planning)

What you will do

• Analyze supply availability and coordinate it with sales demand requests.
• Support sales ramp planning and forecasts for sales, warehousing, and raw fruit requirements.
• Schedule production plants and manage transfers of raw fruit and finished goods between facilities and outside warehouses.
• Prepare daily inventory position reports and maintain the available-to-sell tool.
• Support supply planning for fresh fruit, arils, and beverages while tracking finished goods expirations.
• Analyze daily production yields, identify trends, and recommend improvements using lean and continuous improvement tools.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in planning and/or forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct sales and production analysis quickly and effectively.
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment and focus on root-cause problem solving.
