Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Salary: $52,600–$58,000 per year

What you will do

• Support tactical supply chain operations, including item setup, omni setup, order management, event management, and modular management.
• Enter and maintain accurate data for new items and master data.
• Process and track customer orders.
• Support promotional and event logistics.
• Track orders and implement planograms and modular updates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal communication, customer service mindset, and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts such as inventory and logistics.
• Experience with Walmart applications such as Retail Link, inventory management, order processing, or sales support.
