Production Planning, Expert (Manufacturing)

Location: US-CO-Boulder. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM day shift.

Salary: $103,200–$161,250 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, validate, and communicate production and shipment plans aligned with customer demand and business objectives.
• Balance inventory, production capacity, material availability, labor resources, test capacity, and delivery requirements.
• Use ERP systems for inventory management, scheduling, supplier coordination, workflow management, and planning processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, R&D, Logistics, Customer Service, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and original design manufacturers.
• Support new product introductions, product transfers, supply chain setup, global inventory management, and multi-site planning.
• Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and contribute to complex projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in production planning, supply chain planning, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning processes, inventory management, production scheduling, and material planning.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and translate business requirements into supply chain strategies.
