Product Management Lead (AI)

Location: Remote within the listed Canadian and U.S. locations, including Waterloo, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Georgia, Florida, Atlanta, New York, and California. Travel: 5–15%.

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 CAD per year or $150,000–$200,000 USD per year, depending on primary location and job-related factors.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, success metrics, positioning inputs, pricing inputs, and business outcomes for an examination and analysis product.
• Design and ship core AXIOM workflows and AI-assisted capabilities such as copilots, human-in-the-loop review, retrieval, and automation.
• Define verification, transparency, reversibility, escalation paths, and auditability for defensible forensic results.
• Conduct customer discovery through interviews, onsite visits, lab ride-alongs, workshops, and validation sessions.
• Use product analytics, A/B testing, funnels, and cohort analysis to improve activation, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, go-to-market, customer success, support, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or GovTech.
• Required: AI-native working practices, including current AI tools and prompt engineering for research, synthesis, drafting, analysis, and prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience driving product adoption, activation, retention, and growth.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, continuous discovery, customer interviews, opportunity-solution mapping, or Jobs To Be Done.
• Technical ability to partner on AI system design, including models, retrieval, evaluation, latency, cost, scalability, and trust tradeoffs.
• Applicants must be able to work from one of the listed Canadian or U.S. locations; U.S. applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital forensics, incident response, cybersecurity, or other regulated high-trust domains.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, RAG, agent frameworks, evaluations, guardrails, AI governance, safety, or responsible AI.
• Experience with on-premise and hybrid deployment models.
• Experience with Pragmatic Marketing, Design Thinking, Jobs To Be Done, Continuous Discovery, Agile, Jira, Aha, or Amplitude.
• Experience building AI prototypes or demos with app builders and coding copilots.
