Group Product Manager, AI Platform

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work required from the Toronto office three days per week

Salary: $145,000–$160,000 CAD per year, plus discretionary bonus and/or commission

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of product managers responsible for AI platform workstreams.
• Coordinate overlapping roadmaps covering AI agents, agent builders, evaluation tooling, and related platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and applied science to turn audit pain points into scoped AI features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Engage audit practitioners, customers, strategic accounts, and partner firms to understand product usage and adoption barriers.
• Track AI accuracy, adoption, trust, and other product metrics to guide prioritization and improvements.
• Define practitioner-credibility standards for AI outputs and integrate user research into product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including leading, mentoring, or managing product managers.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams with overlapping dependencies.
• Ability to operate as an orchestrator and multiplier rather than as the sole roadmap owner.
• Experience with AI or ML-driven products is strongly preferred, with sufficient technical fluency to work with engineering and applied science.
• Strong written and verbal communication, prioritization, sequencing, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work from the Toronto office three days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
