Consumer Lending Coordinator III (Consumer Lending)

Location: Onsite at the Corporate Office, 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

Salary: $24.01–$34.15 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Review consumer auto loan applications, verify income, registration, insurance, stipulations, and signed documents, then fund loans and complete quality checks.
• Establish memberships for new indirect members while following regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Process consumer loan maintenance, including rate changes, term extensions, payment modifications, payoffs, title work, and lien releases.
• Support internal and external phone queues by answering loan processing questions, clarifying procedures, and resolving funding or system issues.
• Perform quality assurance audits, update procedures and job aids, and provide training and support to internal business partners.
• Test and validate system upgrades and assist with new lending products, promotions, and procedural changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–8 years of experience in consumer loan funding, indirect auto lending, banking, or a related area.
• Strong communication, technical writing, training, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and reliably.
• Ability to comply with applicable lending, BSA, AML, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC requirements.
• Ability to work onsite at the Phoenix, Arizona corporate office.

• Associate’s degree.
• Completion of specialized consumer lending courses.
