Industrial Maintenance Technician I (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform routine inspections, work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs across the facility.
• Maintain air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC units, generators, plumbing, sewer systems, lighting, fencing, and other facility equipment.
• Assist with equipment installation, machine moves, repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
• Transport materials and equipment using powered industrial equipment and work from scissor lifts when required.
• Support production and office areas through cleaning, painting, floor equipment operation, and general upkeep.
• Assist electricians and contractors with conduit, wiring, cabling, and assigned projects while maintaining OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Verbal and written English communication skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of technical experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial, on-site environment and follow OSHA and other applicable regulations.
