Industrial Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA; onsite work model with rotating first, second, and third shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize production equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions to improve plant safety.
• Support technical documentation, Management of Change processes, SAMACO work orders, PSM, and LDAR activities.
• Collaborate with production operators and participate in daily performance meetings.
• Execute maintenance work while balancing safety, quality, time, and cost.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical exposure.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong industrial troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
• Clear communication skills and commitment to safety and reliability.
• Ability to maintain required qualifications, certifications, and safety training.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical or food manufacturing.
