Plant Facilitator

Location: Fresno, California, USA; onsite plant role

Compensation: Up to $39.51 per hour

What you will do

• Direct plant safety activities, inspections, audits, training, hazard reporting, and corrective actions for employees and contractors.
• Maintain HSEQ records and support incident investigations, workers’ compensation, return-to-work processes, and regulatory inspections.
• Manage hazardous waste, environmental permits, hazardous materials inventories, SDS records, public water system requirements, and the Process Safety Management program.
• Oversee laboratory testing and quality assurance, including product results, labels, certificates, sample retention, and laboratory inventories.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound plant traffic, shipping documentation, visitor records, and scale house inventories.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; additional technical training or certifications in safety, environmental compliance, or quality assurance are beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal-OSHA, DOT, EPA, and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment, procedures, chemical hygiene, and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and respiratory protection, climb industrial ladders and stairs, lift 50 pounds regularly, and perform physical work throughout the plant.
