2027 Summer Intern (Continuous Improvement/Manufacturing): Supporting assigned departments with career-focused continuous improvement projects and attainable session deliverables with an accent on quality, innovation, communication, and teamwork. Focus on executing projects reliably, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining safety, confidentiality, and accountability in an onsite West Michigan facility.

Location: Onsite in Zeeland, Michigan, primarily at a hirify.global facility in West Michigan

What you will do

Support an assigned department with continuous improvement projects.
Deliver career-focused projects with attainable outcomes by the end of the internship session.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify.
Ability to work onsite and in person at a hirify.global facility in West Michigan.
