Slider Manufacturing Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite at the Korat facility, Thailand

hirify.global operates a large manufacturing facility in Korat producing cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and supervise the slider manufacturing team to meet demand, cost, inventory, efficiency, and modernization objectives.
• Plan manpower and organize slider build schedules with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve operations supply and inventory.
• Establish build plans, coordinate related functions, and adjust plans according to business requirements and OKRs.
• Lead Business Continuity Management System, ISO standards, LTS, and RBA activities.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and motivate employees to deliver planned results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Experience in an operational or engineering function.
• Experience with Business Continuity Management System and ISO standards.
• Knowledge of RBA and TLS.
• People management, teamwork, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good English communication skills required. Ability to use computer, AI, and software tools and work under pressure is also required.
