Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

Location: Amphoe Si Maha Phot, Prachin Buri, Thailand

What you will do

• Provide engineering-based technical support for manufacturing requests related to productivity, quality, and cost.
• Release, add, and modify manufacturing process instructions.
• Establish performance reports and monitor manufacturing yield and process performance.
• Drive process improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Supervise technicians and provide training and performance guidance.
• Coordinate product-related technical issues with other sections and overseas organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication and computer operation skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, data analysis, project management, innovation, and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of HDD processes and technology, HDD quality management, ESD, and contamination control.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts.
