SMT Production Supervisor (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Chonburi, Thailand; onsite production role

What you will do

• Implement safety management to achieve zero accidents, incidents, and near misses, and apply corrective actions when events occur.
• Manage on-time delivery, product quality, and production cost efficiency against department KPIs.
• Analyze daily and weekly production data and lead corrective actions to improve quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Lead production-line morning and weekly meetings and coordinate the functional team.
• Assess training needs and develop team skills for new products, processes, and hires.
• Interview candidates for line replacements and new hires.

Requirements

• Experience supervising or leading SMT production-line operations.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Experience implementing corrective actions following production issues and customer complaints.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, 5S, Total Productive Maintenance, Total Quality Management, and Training Within Industry practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Chonburi, Thailand.
