Senior Engineer, Test Engineering (AI Data Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Provide technical support and engineering solutions to improve productivity, quality, cost, and process efficiency.
• Lead automation and process improvement projects from opportunity identification through development, validation, and deployment.
• Develop automation solutions that reduce manual work, improve process stability, and minimize human error.
• Monitor yield, process performance, capacity, and KPIs while driving continuous improvement.
• Lead root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and evaluate project effectiveness.
• Supervise technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience; new graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency with computer applications and effective written and verbal English communication.
• Basic skills in project management, process improvement, problem solving, and innovation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Onsite work in Amphoe Si Maha Phot, Prachin Buri, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automation and robotic technologies.
• Familiarity with FMEA, 8D, Quality Control, ESD, and contamination control.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, HDD business, and test processes.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and QCC.
