Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship (HR)

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States of America; positions may also be based at HR hubs in New Jersey or Florida. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $52.00 per hour, plus eligibility for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Complete a 10–12 week HR Leadership Development Program internship.
• Provide strategic consulting and design support to businesses at enterprise, global, and regional levels.
• Contribute to Learning & Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Organizational Development assignments.
• Support HR business partners, corporate services, MedTech, Innovative Medicine, or enterprise Supply Chain initiatives.
• Use data to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Build partnerships with diverse stakeholders across a global matrix organization.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Current graduate student completing an MBA, master’s degree, or Ph.D. in an HR-related or business-related discipline.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028.
• At least five years of prior full-time professional work experience.
• Fluent English and fluency in the language of the country where the internship assignment is located.
• Geographic mobility for rotations and final placement in the full-time program.

Nice to have

• Previous human resources experience.
• Fluency in a second language.
