Personal Banker (Banking)

Location: Fully onsite at 746 Main Street, Gooding, Idaho 83333, United States

Salary: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver prompt, personalized service and identify client needs through financial reviews and active engagement.
• Open consumer and business accounts and recommend relevant banking products and services.
• Uncover and originate consumer lending opportunities while developing lending expertise.
• Build new and existing client relationships and provide proactive solutions to issues and requests.
• Support Client Service Specialists and fill in on teller functions, including cash transactions, when needed.
• Refer clients to appropriate internal business partners and contribute to branch goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform calculations.
• Ability and desire to develop consumer lending skills and expand client relationships.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) license preferred.
