What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales interactions, teller referrals, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, digital tools, and available resources.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while building loyalty.
• Follow policies, manage operational risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and technology skills.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
