What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and solutions that support financial wellbeing.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized experiences and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer issues using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational risk.
• Support accurate and efficient daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certifications, military service, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Greenville, North Carolina branch; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable banking regulations.
