What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and financial solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized experiences and ecosystem partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational and compliance risks.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure accurate, efficient completion of processes.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, prospecting, selling, and problem solving.
• Strong customer service, communication, digital awareness, and multitasking skills.
• Must work in-office at the Philadelphia, PA branch.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
