What you will do

• Open customer accounts and connect clients with relevant Northwest products and services.
• Assess customer financial needs by analyzing accounts, transactions, and behaviors.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive conversations, follow-up, and personalized guidance.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness performance targets.
• Maintain branch operational soundness, security, dual-control processes, and daily opening and closing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, procedures, and customer information protection requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of banking and/or retail experience preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, make sound decisions, and solve problems collaboratively.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, computer applications, and department-specific software.
• Ability to work onsite with branch equipment and complete physical financial center operations.
