Associate - Strategy & Operations (AI/SaaS)

Salary: $74,800–$110,000 USD annual base salary

hirify.global Digital Ordering is a SaaS business unit providing online ordering, branded websites and mobile apps, loyalty solutions, and other first-party tools for restaurants.

What you will do

• Own product initiatives from strategy and business case development through launch, growth, and measurable results.
• Define goals and key results, financial models, and go-to-market plans for digital ordering products.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Support without formal authority.
• Analyze complex data and merchant feedback to guide product priorities and action plans.
• Design zero-to-one experiments, build AI tools and automations, and pilot prototypes, demos, and agent-based solutions.
• Lead merchant discovery, conduct in-market tests, and codify successful approaches into scalable frameworks and enablement.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles.
• Experience taking a product or initiative from inception through launch and growth.
• Strong analytical skills, including synthesizing large data sets; SQL proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work and influence Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing partners.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation, or internal tooling in real-world workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience founding or operating a company, working at a startup, or operating in a high-growth environment.
• Go-to-market, client or account management, and financial or sales forecasting experience.
• Experience with restaurant, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
• Experience with both zero-to-one initiatives and scaling products in larger organizations.
