Partnerships Manager (AI/Robotics)

Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston (Somerville), MA

What you will do

• Own and deepen relationships with key partners, engaging technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate and develop partnership opportunities, identifying collaboration priorities and defining concrete next steps.
• Develop technical fluency in hirify.global's models to explain complex concepts and identify high-value applications for partners.
• Drive complex partner initiatives end-to-end, managing workplans, milestones, and cross-functional alignment.
• Communicate recommendations and decisions clearly to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with ML, engineering, and product teams to translate partner needs into company action.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, product/program leadership, or strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own external relationships and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly develop fluency in complex technologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast-changing environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boston (Somerville).

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML, robotics, developer platforms, or enterprise technology.
• Experience owning major partner relationships over multiple years, including executive-level engagement.
• Background in early- or growth-stage technology companies.
