Program Manager, Process Improvement (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire as necessary.

Annual salary: $122,360–$135,960, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional process improvement and business process initiatives from scoping through implementation and measurement.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using BPMN 2.0 standards in SAP Signavio Process Modeling.
• Facilitate process analysis and future-state design workshops with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Analyze process data, identify gaps and root causes, and develop recommendations, action plans, and sustainment plans.
• Implement enhancements to policies, procedures, systems, and operating practices to improve safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Develop tools, applications, and information-sharing methods that support process learning and prevent recurring defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• At least eight years of experience in process improvement, business process management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in process modeling and analysis, including strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards and governance.
• Expertise in process improvement methods, internal controls, change management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong process elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, analytical, written, oral, and public-speaking skills.
• Applicants must be able to work in the United States; immigration-related visa sponsorship is not available.
