What you will do

• Establish enterprise standards for project delivery, SDLC, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Develop playbooks, templates, toolkits, and structured approaches for planning, milestones, and risk control.
• Drive adoption of standardized delivery practices and coach project managers and delivery teams.
• Define and implement KPIs covering schedule adherence, milestone performance, risk trends, and dependency health.
• Build consistent dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve portfolio-level transparency and decision-making.
• Assess delivery maturity, identify systemic performance gaps, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with project or program management involving complex technology initiatives.
• Experience defining or scaling delivery methodologies, PMO standards, or SDLC practices.
• Experience establishing metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and communicate with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in Technology PMO, portfolio management, or transformation environments.
• Expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
