Manager - Programs/Projects (Digital Communications)

Location: Office-based in Binghamton, Rochester, Lancaster, or Albany, New York

Salary: $87,600–$109,500 annually, depending on experience and location

What you will do

• Lead digital programs and projects for customer communications across alerts, push notifications, web, email, and related channels.
• Plan, develop, execute, and track omni-channel communications campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital communications through new channels, targeting strategies, and content approaches.
• Measure campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital analytics platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and conversion metrics and deliver recurring campaign and executive reports.
• Coordinate stakeholders, guide project team members, and ensure on-strategy, on-brand, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, business, or a related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
• Excellent writing and editing skills focused on digital communications initiatives.
• Leadership, communication, collaboration, customer focus, initiative, and results orientation.
• Ability to work from the specified New York office locations.
