Supervisor, Fraud Strategy (Fintech)

Location: Iowa, United States — remote

Salary: $73,200–$93,300 per year

What you will do

• Supervise Fraud Strategy staff and coordinate daily inquiries, workflow, productivity, accuracy, and loss monitoring.
• Support client and product implementations, Global Fraud Monitoring clients, and client presentations.
• Conduct monthly audits and review staff actions to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate team tasks, projects, turnaround times, SLAs, resources, and deliverables.
• Resolve complex fraud service escalations and advise internal contacts on sensitive issues, procedures, and product developments.
• Monitor fraud trends, improve procedures, maintain documentation, and communicate strategies and system updates to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of experience in the financial services industry.
• At least five years of professional experience in risk analytics, risk mitigation, or fraud services.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems, third-party vendor software, and project management is preferred.
• This role is remote in Iowa, United States and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
