Payment Operations Intelligence Specialist (FinTech)

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $58,050–$61,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor systems used by the fraud prevention team and support analysis of fraud prevention approaches.
• Research emerging fraud trends and contribute to preventative measures and risk-based fraud strategies.
• Evaluate potential false positives and help improve the customer experience.
• Perform quality checks and review existing fraud prevention strategies and communication methods.
• Evaluate technology features and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Support automation projects using Microsoft Power Automate, VBA, and basic scripting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation concepts or tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Exposure to or basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Analytical, curious, and comfortable working with technology.
