What you will do
- Drive end-to-end technology initiatives across multiple layers of architecture for the Partner Platform.
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and durable software solutions to solve critical customer problems.
- Proactively identify and implement AI integrations to enhance application performance and user satisfaction.
- Define best practices for application and platform development and developer tools.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers on software engineering excellence and AI leverage.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
- Experience with microservices, container technologies, and management systems like Kubernetes.
- Strong expertise in Relational (SQL) and NoSQL database design and implementation.
- Practical experience building and deploying services into cloud environments.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).
