Enterprise Product Lead (AI)

Location: New York, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Periodic travel is required, with a 7.5-hour business workday and occasional extended hours for evening and late-night events.

Annual base salary: $157,000–$224,200, excluding additional compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise product strategy through roadmaps, planning, and lifecycle management.
• Lead discovery, validate business problems, and develop business cases with clear ROI and success metrics.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers while establishing consistent product development standards.
• Translate business outcomes into product requirements, KPIs, and scalable royalty accounting capabilities.
• Align senior stakeholders and collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Track product adoption, capability reuse, business value, and transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leading high-performing product teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience translating enterprise strategy into product roadmaps and researching customer and market needs.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience building and defending rigorous business cases.
• Experience delivering transformative change in risk-aware operational environments where user adoption is critical.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, design thinking, and customer experience skills.
• Technical fluency in modern product development and developing AI services in the product design lifecycle.
