SAP Customer Solution Director (S/4HANA)

Location: Montreal, Canada; flexible hybrid work. Travel to client sites in Canada and the United States may represent 30% to 50% of working time during pursuit and design phases.

What you will do

• Lead functional solutioning for SAP pursuits, RFPs, oral presentations, and client business-value discussions.
• Translate complex business challenges into SAP solutions that can be estimated, delivered, and aligned with the client’s industry.
• Define solution assumptions, scope boundaries, exclusions, functional estimates, demonstrations, accelerators, and proof-of-concept scenarios.
• Act as the functional design authority for process design, fit-to-standard decisions, critical workshops, and delivery transitions.
• Review process design deliverables and validate the delivered solution against the original value case through user acceptance testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Coach functional consultants and advance industry process models, configuration accelerators, client references, and AI-enabled delivery content.

Requirements

• 9–12 years of relevant SAP experience in functional, solution design, or process architecture roles.
• Participation in at least four full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least two as a functional lead or solution owner.
• At least three years of experience with current SAP S/4HANA releases in public or private cloud, including fit-to-standard practice.
• Deep expertise in one or more relevant industry verticals: mining, oil and gas, CPG, or industrial manufacturing, with strong knowledge of end-to-end processes and industry-specific SAP solutions.
• Experience with assumptions, scope, effort estimates, executive workshops, oral presentations, and value discussions with VP- or C-level stakeholders.
• Good oral and written communication skills in French and English are required. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, information technology, or a related field is required.
