Team Lead, Website Onboarding

Location: United States; remote role

Salary: $24.52–$28.85 per hour base, with a variable component of $57,600–$66,600 USD annually

What you will do

• Supervise and support a team of website onboarding specialists.
• Oversee onboarding for customer websites and ensure adherence to templates, design guidelines, and company standards.
• Create branded websites using customer images, text, and approved templates.
• Use AI tools to improve website quality, delivery speed, and operational efficiency.
• Handle escalated client questions and troubleshoot build issues involving sizing, padding, and widgets.
• Train team members, analyze performance metrics, and report on team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience creating websites with web design software such as Duda, WordPress, GoDaddy, Squarespace, or Canva.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring others.
• At least 1 year of administrative or data input experience.
• At least 1 year of full-time customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve workflows, execution, or outputs.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
