Team Lead, Website Onboarding - OS (AI)

Location: Remote contract role for candidates in the Philippines

Salary: $14,025–$16,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Supervise and support website onboarding specialists.
• Oversee website onboarding for home service professionals and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Create templated customer websites using images, copy, design guidelines, and web design software.
• Use AI tools to improve website quality, delivery speed, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve complex client inquiries and troubleshoot website build issues involving sizing, padding, and widgets.
• Train the team, analyze performance metrics, and report on efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of administrative or data input experience.
• At least 1 year of full-time customer-facing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience creating websites with tools such as Duda, WordPress, GoDaddy, Squarespace, or Canva.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring others.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve workflows, execution, or outputs.

Nice to have

• Experience guiding a team through website onboarding.
• Knowledge of current web technologies and website development standards.
• Experience optimizing processes and improving team efficiency.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and exceptional organizational skills.
