Senior Product Manager (A/E ERP)

Location: Anywhere in the United States

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 per year, plus employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Own the Product role within a cross-functional pod spanning Product, Development, UX, QA, and subject-matter experts.
• Lead the problem-to-PRD process from problem framing and prototyping through delivery, validation, and post-launch iteration.
• Build customer-outcome-focused roadmaps, prioritize high-value workflows, and translate customer and market insight into product requirements.
• Drive AI-assisted product development using multi-agent workflows, product context layers, agent prompts, and rapid iteration.
• Define success metrics, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop feedback for LLM- and agent-driven experiences.
• Support launches, beta and pilot programs, adoption initiatives, and ongoing product learning across AEC and adjacent markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience.
• Experience with accounting, ERP, or accounting software for AEC customers.
• Experience leading products in cross-functional, hyper-agile, or AI-accelerated delivery environments.
• Ability to understand data models, information retrieval methods, technical architecture, and data flows.
• Strong skills in analytics, product delivery, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer or partner sites, conferences, and field events.

Nice to have

• Accounting or finance background, including CPA certification.
• Experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and AI-assisted product authoring.
• Experience shaping LLM-powered or other AI-assisted product capabilities.
• Familiarity with Cursor, Glean, Claude Code, Replit, and MCP-connected workflows.
