Senior to Lead Level Product Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City, with 2–3 days in the office under a hybrid policy.

Salary: $175,000–$190,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the development of AI features across product workstreams, beginning with an MCP integration and customer workflow builder.
• Translate decarbonization and building management challenges into scalable, measurable customer solutions.
• Build shared AI infrastructure through real product delivery and drive adoption by other teams.
• Prioritize long-term growth opportunities and near-term product impact.
• Use customer insights, analytics, KPIs, model evaluations, latency, and cost data to guide product decisions.
• Partner with customer success, sales, partnerships, and go-to-market teams on roadmap alignment and product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• 2–3 years of experience shipping LLM-powered features to customers.
• Experience delivering customer-centric products and translating customer needs into product features.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading product development in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States and residence in San Francisco or New York City are required.
