What you will do

• Test paste and film adhesives, evaluating, collecting, and recording data.
• Organize and perform experiments using established procedures.
• Summarize and report experimental results.
• Generate routine data using standard test methods.
• Enter data and create charts and tables to communicate project results.
• Support application engineers with data generation under the supervision of a senior technician or engineer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of process experience.
• Hands-on laboratory experience and knowledge of 5S.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably chemical, mechanical, or materials engineering.
• Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols while preserving data integrity.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus basic data summarization skills.
• Ability to follow safe laboratory practices and stand for most of the working day.
