Quality Technician (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Monitor manufacturing processes and materials to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections and inspect incoming materials and components.
• Prepare, distribute, and approve labels for regulated product manufacturing.
• Review quality records, procedures, forms, and equipment qualification, maintenance, and calibration activities.
• Conduct and support quality-related failure investigations, non-conformance reporting, and CAPA reporting.
• Use quality tools, instrumentation, standards, and metrics to verify specifications and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing quality operations.
• Experience with quality control systems, failure investigations, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and proficiency with Microsoft systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as food and beverage, medical, or automotive manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment.
