Test Technician I (Materials Testing)

Location: Onsite at the Marietta office in Marietta, Georgia; U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

What you will do

• Prepare samples and assist specialists with material testing and analysis.
• Gather data for routine tests and interpret pass/fail results.
• Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment and tools.
• Update chemical and equipment inventories.
• Use tools and technology to track work and coordinate with internal departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in a material testing laboratory environment.
• Basic technical ability to follow laboratory processes, test specifications, and routine testing procedures.
• Ability to operate laboratory equipment and tools under supervision and complete tasks on time.
• Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices, laboratory ISO procedures, and safety requirements.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee in the United States.
