Technical Account Manager (Data Protection)

Location: Remote from France with face-to-face customer visits and overnight business stays

What you will do

• Plan, architect, coordinate, and manage professional services engagements for hirify.global availability solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work, project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status updates.
• Support solution assessments, design, implementation, effort estimation, and post-installation troubleshooting.
• Analyze installed environments and guide optimal hirify.global configurations across data protection, monitoring, cloud, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Create technical documentation, white papers, solution guides, best practices, and configuration records.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer and coordinate communication between customers and hirify.global support.

Requirements

• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent experience.
• Prince2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Core products, virtualization, storage, backup architectures, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Proven consulting and project management experience, including managing multiple simultaneous projects and accounts.
• Business proficiency in French and English; the employee must be located in France.
