Proposition Manager (Life & Pensions)

Location: Stirling or Reading, United Kingdom; hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Manage and oversee a range of existing life and pensions propositions.
• Coordinate the implementation of regulatory changes across the business area.
• Complete proposition reviews according to the agreed risk-based review cycle.
• Prioritise and coordinate notifiable events, issues, and proposition changes.
• Provide first-line risk and controls support.
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities while working with internal teams, outsourced providers, and third parties.

Requirements

• Essential previous experience in life and pensions product management.
• Strong understanding of life and pensions products, markets, competitors, and existing propositions.
• Experience developing existing or new products in response to regulatory change and customer needs.
• Experience delivering regulatory projects and knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislative frameworks.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with stakeholders at all levels.
