TL;DR

What you will do
- Own and optimize CRM and sales operations: pipeline structure, lead lifecycle, data hygiene, SLAs, and inbound workflows.
- Lead and develop the sales team: coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, goal setting, and participation in recruitment and training.
- Manage high-volume inbound lead flow: fast response times, high-quality lead handling, and balanced workload across Sales Reps.
- Own call quality and communication standards for US-based clients: review calls, coach objection handling and call structure, analyze deal losses, and support with SMS/email.
- Drive performance using sales metrics and dashboards (conversion rate, close rate, average deal value, speed to lead, revenue per rep) and run data-backed improvement initiatives.
- Continuously improve sales processes and collaboration with marketing, tools, and customer engagement with measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience with proven sales execution and revenue growth ownership.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Hands-on experience managing targets, pipelines, and performance.
- Strong hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or similar), including daily operational use, reporting, and pipeline control.
- Experience with inbound sales in a B2C or high-volume environment and leading teams of 5+ Sales Reps.
- Fluent English for working with US-based clients.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling inbound sales teams and improving conversion rates.
- Familiarity with call tracking and call scoring tools.
- Background in fast-growing, high-volume sales environments.
