What you will do

• Design and evolve the Advisory operating system, including pattern catalogues, method packs, workflows, governance models and assurance mechanisms.
• Codify consulting expertise into playbooks, decision trees, diagnostics, frameworks, hypothesis models and evidence standards.
• Build knowledge taxonomies, metadata structures, version-control approaches and knowledge-quality processes.
• Develop AI-enabled retrieval, analysis, verification, challenge, synthesis and learning-capture workflows with Consulting, Data, Security and Technology teams.
• Run pilots, test workflows, measure adoption and outcomes, and continuously refine advisory capabilities.
• Work with senior advisers, consultants and technical experts to capture expertise and strengthen methodologies and propositions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in management consulting, business transformation, organisational design, strategy, operating model design or advisory services.
• Proven ability to create and improve methodologies, frameworks and ways of working.
• Strong systems thinking and experience in process, service or operating model design.
• Experience building organisational capabilities, knowledge frameworks, communities of practice or learning ecosystems.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI in professional services, knowledge management and workflow design.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
